THE SERVICE
SYS is where people share what they wear, designers share what they make, and the two find each other. Using SYS means agreeing to these terms.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Keep what you tell us accurate, and keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it.
YOUR CONTENT
It stays yours. You give SYS permission to host and show it within the service, which ends for the future when you delete it. Post only what is yours to post.
RECREATE, NEVER COPY
Silhouettes and cuts are fair ground. Another label’s branding, prints and trademarks are not. Infringing work is removed, and repeat infringement ends the account.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Nothing unlawful, deceptive or harassing. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: every reel can be reported, reports are reviewed, content that crosses the line is removed, and accounts that persist are suspended.
COMMISSIONS
A commission is an agreement between the customer and the designer. SYS carries the conversation and is not a party to the work, the payment or the delivery.
DESIGNERS
Designer verification is reviewed by SYS by hand and may be declined or revoked.
ENDING
Delete your account whenever you choose, in the app. SYS may suspend accounts that break these terms.
NO WARRANTY
SYS is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you have paid for SYS — which is nothing.
