WHAT WE COLLECT
What you give us: your email address, phone number, or the id from your Google or Apple account when you sign in with them; your profile — handle, name, city, bio, website; what you post — reels, images, captions, and a designer application’s portfolio; enquiries and messages, including the name and phone number an enquiry without an account carries.
What happens in the app: likes, saves, follows and views on content.
HOW WE USE IT
To run SYS — showing your content to others, delivering enquiries and messages, reviewing designer applications, and keeping the service safe. SYS shows no advertising and sells no data.
WHERE IT LIVES
Supabase hosts the database, sign-in and file storage. Mux processes and streams video. Google and Apple handle sign-in when you choose them. Each processes data only to provide the service.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Until you delete it. A reel you delete leaves every feed at once. A commission conversation that started from it stays with the other person.
DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
You → Account → Delete account, inside the app. It is immediate and cannot be undone: your profile, reels, likes, saves, follows, messages and applications are deleted. Copies held by the video processor are purged on a schedule afterwards.
YOUR RIGHTS
See, correct and delete your data in the app itself. For anything the app cannot do, write to us and we will.
CHILDREN
SYS is not for anyone under 13.
CHANGES
When this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
